Day 4 of Plateau buster dieat , ...down 4 pounds in four days...this is wonderful.......I have not cheated at all...alll water down each day, vitamins...walking 3 miles...just protein for 5 mini meals...last night at dinner df made baked salmon with a little red/white onions chopped and some giner dressing...very good...and protein, protein, the protein train....I am still having the night hunger in front of the t.v....but I am drinking herbal tea, sugar free popiscles or eating ice in crystal light...that is the only time I want to eat the house down...take care...day 4.... 285/222.4/185...... YOU GIVE ME HOPE, MR DENNIS ... WE ARE SOOOOOOOO HAPPY FOR YOU. I'M STILLLLLLL STRUGGLING, CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? ... I'VE FOLLOWED THE DIET BUT I WENT FROM 214.00 TO 214.80 TO 214.60 & HAVE RETAINED FLUIDS EACH MORNING ... MY FACE IS SWOLLEN FOR HOURS AS ARE MY FEET SO I'M NOT SURE WHAT'S GOING ON. I'M STILL STICKING WITH THE PLAN FOR THE 10 DAYS. THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST STALL/SLOW DOWN SINCE WEEK 12, BUT I'M NOT GIVING UP. KEEP UP THE GREAT SUCCESS!!! GOD BLESS YOU DAWN & NICK

Dawn...something else might be going on...call your doctor if you are swollen and holding on to water...new meds? just to be on the safe side call your doctor and double check...and tell him what you are doing... Dennis

Way to go Dennis! So proud of you!! I made the soup last night that everyone was talking about. I had it for lunch today it is yummy!! I'm not gonna burn myself out by eating it at every meal, but probably at least once a day! I've done well sticking to higher proteins, even got my supplement in yesterday & today & water water & more water!!! Warning to all, the soup has cabbage & about 5 kinds of beans, stay up wind of me!!! Good job Dennis!!!! Hugz, Gina L

How awesome is this. So far I haven't had any prolonged stall (a week or two at time or maybe only loosing 1-2 pounds a month) but it is great to know there is an alternative to just sitting there and waiting for the scale to move. Hope the next few days go as well for you. Hugs Joy

That's awesome Dennis!! I was so frustrated cuz my scale hadn't budged....and its day 4....but....this morning....... I was down 3.5 lbs. Thank goodness!! I knew it would catch up. Let's keep it up!! Shelly
