Thankful Thursday
Good morning friends!!!!!!!!!!!! It's Thursday and that means one more day to Friday. We need to be thankful for weightloss surgery and all the pounds we've lost thus far (and to never find again). Let's be thankful by showing our bodies we can and will move. My way of showing thanks is to go for a brisk 40 minute walk this morning. How are you showing thanks? Well..I slept in this morning...hubby was home a little later, and I was going to be nice and not jump on the elliptical (the darn thing is in the bedroom). So I didn't exercise this morning. Well.....don't you be thinking I'm a slacker, tonight.......
I speed walked 20 min. with the dogs ****il they almost killed me), then I came home and did weight training, situps, and pushups!!!
I feel so much better!! I felt bad all day.
So...thanks Keke...for gettin' me movin'!!!
