Ok I am DONE!
So today was my tenth day on the buster diet. I will definately say it worked. I cheated those couple times which is probably what prevented me from being down that last pound I wanted to be down. But to go from 221 to 214 in 10 days isnt too shabby. I will definately say it works and everyone should try it just to re-group. It reminded me how little food I can eat and still feel full. So I will continue on with the no alcohol because I know those are empty calories that dont help me and I will continue with the protien drinks and gettnig in majority protien before anything else. But I did learn one thing... we did this to live life and not imprision ourselves. I am glad this was only 10 days because if it was forever I would be miserable. Anyway good luck to everyone else who is doing it. I am so glad I inspired you guys! I thank gail for posting it in the first place. So anyway thanks for sticking with me for the 10 days and listening to my babling.
Thanks!
Jenn

Jenn,
Congratulations on making it through 10 days of the plateau buster! I'm sure it feels great to have dropped another 7 pounds and to see those numbers on the scale creep down. I checked on your progress every day!!! I, for one, appreciated your babbling and you got me motivated to move back to more protein, less carbs, less fruit, etc. My scale is now also moving in the right direction, down
Anyway, it's good to know that the plateau buster can provide a jump start on losing again. Best of luck with your continued loss!
Kellie
