Dawn...hey we don't want to win a beauty contest...listen to yourself on how you feel off 27 meds...how fabulous is that...my god...that is sooo worth it just for that......I am climbing mountains, riding bikes and walking, walking..could not even get off the couch before...at 280...as it was so hard ...so this alone is so worth it....I am taking it pound for pound and giving myself the 18 months....as long as it goes down...I also started at a light weight...starting weight 280....current weight 225.8...shooting for another 40 pounds...so it will get harder...the less we have to lose the harder it gets...I have lost 60 percent of my weight...in only 5 months and 4 days...so it is not that bad if you look at it that way, right , the happy and don't give up it will happen, it has to...this will work... YOU ARE SO RIGHT, MR DENNIS ... ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT HERE ... I'M HEALTHIER, FOR SURE ... OFF ALL MEDS EXCEPT HEART MEDS & WLS CAN'T HELP THAT SO EVERY MEDICAL CONDITION I HAD IS GONE THAT CAN BE HELPED. I AM 66.00 #s LIGHTER ... THAT'S A MAJOR BUNCH OF WEIGHT. I'M JUST GETTING STARTED ON EXERCISING, SO I'LL SEE BIG DIFFERENCES IN MY BODY AS I CONTINUE WITH THAT. 'NUFF POUTING ... BACK TO HARD WORK & POSITIVE OUTLOOK! YOU'RE A SWEETHEART ... I think the ones who have lost 100 or more pounds weighed alot more than we did to begin with. I think it all has to do with how much you have to lose as to how fast you lose it. I may be wrong about that but I have seen a pattern. Gail

YOU COULD BE RIGHT, MS GAIL ... I HAD A PROBLEM IN THE 1st COUPLE MONTHS WITH MY HEART ISSUES SO I MAYBE THAT SLOWED ME AS WELL ... WHO KNOWS? Well, this is day 5 for me. Today I had: protein shake, B= 1 egg 3 pieces of bacon, S=carb master yogurt L=sm.wendy's chili & 2oz. of cheese S=sugar free pop sickle and for dinner I'll probably do tuna and cottage cheese. I've had 64 oz of water today and walked 1 mile this morning and will walk another this afternoon.I don't know how much I have lost since starting cause I refuse to weigh until after 10 days. Gail...good luck and god bless...I am a scale ***** and can't stay off the scale ...but as long as it keeps going down...So far today I have had my protein drink made with 1/2 low fat milk, 1/2 water...25 grams of protein....snack....low carb/low fat/low sugar dannon 3oz. yogart, 5 grams of protein, lunch 3 shrimp and a fish ball...I think about 15 grams of protein give or take....water 48 oz. so far...working on the next 24oz. bottle....cup of hot tea with sweet and low....no walking, raining cats and dogs in sunny California...will do my bike....and lift weights...I have 3 more mini meals...so will post later....take care all and god bless...we can do this.... Well this is my first day, 4 protien shakes low carb protien bar 2 cheese sticks And a small bowl of that stall buster soup (15bean, turkey, cabbage etc) Protien 140+ Liquids 100+ vits yes 2.5 mile walk in 50 min Deb 392/283-284/180

Day 2....Protein drink made with 1/2 low fat milk and water...25 grams of protein. snack...low fat/low carb. 3 oz. of dannon yogart...5 grams of protein....lunch 3 shrimp and 1 fish ball...about 15 grams of protein....dinner small piece of salmon, broccolei two pieces and some soy beans...I am guessing at about 25 grams or more of protein, 45 grams of Isopore over the course of the day also......still one more 3 oz. of protein...maybe cottage cheese...all water in...and more...plus some hot herbal tea....all vitamins done....ending day 2...not to shabby...hope the scale moves like it did today...only did one set of weight lifts....rainy day in sunny calif...could not walk...it was pouring cats and dogs...blessings to all , keep up the good work...don't forget no white stuff or carbs...sugar is white...rice is white...NO ...
