Terrific Tuesday
Hey guys! Let's go for another 35 minutes of cardio and/or walking......... I know you can do it. The summer's coming and you know you want that bikini or at least that one piece................So let's move our bodies. I'm going to do water aerobics tonight and walk on the treadmill or bicycle for 30 minutes. Have a great day!!!!!!!!

I'VE JUST STARTED EXERCISING, MS KEKE ... WORKING UP TO 30 MINUTES ON THE BIKE TWICE A DAY ... WE ALSO ORDERED TURBO JAM & BILLY BLANKS' BOOT CAMP EXERCISE VIDEOS SO WHEN THEY COME, NICK & I ARE DOING THOSE TOGETHER. THAT OUGHT TO BE A RIOT ... WE'LL BURN MORE CALORIES LAUGHING THAN WORKING OUT! UHHHH, CAN YOU SAY UNCOORDINATED!?!

I did a 50 minute walk at lunch, about 2.5 miles.
I need to increase my distance but never seem to have time durring the day, A couple of friends and I are getting together tomarrow at 5 AM to walk. This will be the first time I try to Get up that early we will see how it goes.
