Ok so back to the daily structure of a work day and it was much easiar to keep in line. No cheating at all today and hopefully tomorrow will reflect that. Nothing else much to report today other than I am proud to have inspired so many other people to get back on track. Thats awesome! So good luck guys I am sure you will do great and I am sure those numbers will be going down. As for me today I was 214 again. So thats 3 days holding still at 214 but then again 2 of the days I cheated so what do I expect. Anyway thanks for listening! Jenn

Good girl, Jenn - stick with it. I did a low-carb, high-protein day yesterday and this morning the scales were 1 pound lower. I'm doing a few carbs in the morning - need the high-fiber cereal to keep things moving, if you know what I mean. Have also had some sugar-free preserves mixed with 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Other than that, am sticking with protein and veggies. Am waiting on my Fuzzy Navel protein powder to arrive from bariatriceating.com. When that arrives, I'll add that to my daily routine as well. Good luck sticking to your plan today! I'll check in again tomorrow and hopefully we'll both be able to report that the scales are even lower Kellie Lap RNY 10/25/2005 396/286-288/165?
