Jill...go to the main board and see plateau buster...this is a override...10 days no cheating....2 protein drinks a day or 45 grams total of protein daily....with or without milk...at least 64 oz. of water daily...then 5 mini meals of protein, no more then 3oz. at a time....meat, cheese....fish, eggs, cottage cheese, lowfat low sugar yogart...no CHEATING...NO CHEATING AT ALL....SEE MY NEXT POST...
