I also look forward to hearing her posts daily. I have been neglecting to post much lately because of my back issues but after spending 3 hrs in the er yesterday I think pain management has finally done their job... Im as high as a kite but no pain I thought I would have to start the platue buster but then the scale started to move Im 3 lbs away from my goal for the month so cross your fingers that I make it Kim

Hey guys! I am glad I am helping to inspire someone. Although I did cheat (big time) yesterday. So the scale not moving today was totally my fault. But like I said my work week provides me with a lot more structure so I am back to it full force this week. Thanks for reading my posts and keeping me on the straight and narrow. Jenn

The weekends are a struggle for me too!! Sometimes it's nice to get back to the "structure" of the work place! The Girl Scout Cookie delivery this week almost killed me!! LOL Luckily they are gone now...and I only ate about 10 thin mints this whole week!! Last year it would have been 10 boxes....so I'm thrilled. I hate the word "cheating"...but it's true...I just end up cheating myself.....LOL!!! Now we are back on track girl!! Shelly

Shelly, I think you hit the nail on the head with exercise. I couldnt exercise this month due to my gallbladder surgery and only lost 10 pounds and 6 inches. Todays back to water water water and lots of protein. Jennifers enthusiasm is great and the idea is great although I am not sure of all that cheese. Cheese is very high in fat and very constipating. Shoot for your 70-80 grams of protein in Tuna, lowfat meats, egg whites, lowfat cheese, nuts and protein drinks and water water water and with some exercise that weight will fall off. Your pic looks great by the way! Deb 368/288/?

Deb..you're cracking me up about the cheese..but oh so true!! LOL I just had some for breakfast too!! It works for me in moderation because it's easy, portable, and if I need something fast that's on the list, it's good. We'll see what happens and if I have any consequences for "over cheesing" it!! I loveeeeeee cheese and I have paid for it. The almonds help with "moving things along". The worst thing about constipation is I get soooo bored LOL just sitting there...I mean my bathroom is pretty and all but GEESH! lol
