Plateau Buster day 7
Ok... So heres what I have learned about myself. I can do anything I put my mind to. I have not drank any alcohol in 7 days and suprisingly the desire to have it has gone significantly down. I didnt go to a movie yesterday so I didnt cheat on the popcorn but I am going to see one today so I know I will today. As far as my weight it was 214 again this morning. I'll take it! I havent gained but havent lost in 2 days and thats ok with me. I do better on the weekdays anyway with the structure I have from work so this next week I am hoping to knock a few more pounds off but if not I will still take the 6 I have lost in the last 7 days. Ok Dennis asked for a list of the meals I eat during the day because he is starting the diet also (GOOOOOOO DENNIS!)
7:30 1 hard boiled egg and a string cheese
11:30 2 peices of fat free bologna and a string cheese (pepper jack string cheese is awesome)
4:30 3 oz. of cottage cheese
6:30 3 oz. of meat of some kind ( I have been doing about 5 jumbo prawns with a tiny bit of butter and lots of garlic)
8:30 I love cottage cheese so I usually do cottage cheese again or I will do 2 string cheeses and a glass of non-fat milk.
As for me dennis when I did milk I counted it as one of my oz. even though it was more than an oz. I usually do one protein shake around 10 am and one around 7 pm. I make fuzzy navel kind with jus****er. Hope all that info helps. Good luck with everything!
