Day 4 Plateau Buster Update
Ok so still NO CHEATING!!!! I cant believe it ... But here it goes guys (drum roll.... ) on Thursday morning I was 215.2! It is totally working. I am so stoked! Sorry the update is a little late I didnt get home until really late last nigh****ch later for todays update! The weight this morning was AWESOME! I cant wait to tell you guys!

Hey Angel, this is the plateau buster I posted a while back.
How to break a plateau
#1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau
#2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day
#3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day
#4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day
beef
pork
chicken
turkey
lamb
fish
eggs
low fat cheese
cottage cheese
plain yogurt or artificially sweetened
peanut butter
beans/legumes
You may also have:
sugar free popsicles
tea or coffee
sugar free soda
sugar free jello
broths/boullion
crystal light drinks
#5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!!

It is totally worth it for the following reasons...
A. Its not that hard to follow just takes a little will power
B. I am loosing like a mad woman
C. It kind of rejuvinates the system I think
I started on Monday morning at 221 and this morning (friday) I was 214!!!! AWESOME! 1 more pound and I will be a proud member of the century club!
