Here's mine: 1. Not getting out of breath. 2. My husband constantly complimenting me on how good I look. 3. Crossing my legs. 4. Wearing all the clothes that I haven't worn for a long long time. I feel so blessed. I've still got a ways to go. I'm only half way to goal but I still am so happy to be losing weight. I never thought I would again. Fran

Some positives, great idea! Sounds like everyone is stalling pretty much at the same time. A few positives from me. I now weight 237 pounds and down 80 pounds. I haven't been at this weight since elementary school. So a WOW moment for me. I entered Junior High a size 18W and now I am wearing 16W pants. Also, being able to lay on the couch and have my two year old sit on the couch next to me. Being able to walk up the stairs without knee pain, and having my husband tell me how wonderful I look everyday. This is beside the fact my health is 100% better. Also, the boost in self confidence, since surgery I found the courage to return to school to get my bachelors degree. The first class I had to do an oral presentation in front of everyone. Not something I could have or would have done prior to surgery. But also, I think one tip to make it through stall is not looking at the scale. Now I know I am addicted to the scale as everyone is-weighing in the morning and at night. BUT..I also take my measurements every month. Now this whole month since my last doc appt, I have only lost 5 pounds however, I have lost 6 total body inches this month. As my doc says this is not a race, so don't let the scale numbers be discouraging. So try to keep your heads up and keep working at this. We will succeed. Kelli

I have a few major things since surgery that counts as a WOW moment 1) I have to agree with you there with the running thing. I can run and not stop and actually can feel pretty much okay with doing it. It has never been my favorite thing to do but at least now, I'm able to do it without the 89 pounds weighing me down. 2) Being asked for another ID at the bank..when I was told the photo looks nothing like me 3) Being able to fit in a size 7 pants..still shocked that they actually fit 4) crossing my legs is a big one..I feel so much more feminine now that I can do that (silly I know) but I just hated always having to sit with my legs spread out a bit because of my belly. 4) NO MEDICATION WHAT-SO-EVER..which is the biggest wow and major thing that has happened to me Thanks Jenn for bringing the positive post...I know I have lost sight of the positives since I'm fighting to lose the last 12 pounds and that just consumes alot of my thoughts.
