I'm having problems with Caffine!

Good morning everyone. I drank 3 cups of tea last night and still have not been able to fall asleep. I was very upset because my Son got hit by a drunk driver. So I ended up with a severe stomach ache. I drank the tea to settle my stomach. Then took my sleeping pills. I was wide awake all night. Has anyone experienced this. Caffine used to put me to sleep. Now everything is different. I'm going to be a zombie all day. I haven't stayed awake allnight in years. My medicine should knock out a horse. Sorry about Gramar and spelling. I'm blind as a bat and need glasses. Have a great day everyone! kk

Is your son o.k? Caffiene used to put you to sleep? That's strange. 3 cups would probably keep anyone up. I hope you can get a nap today. Take care, Marcia

So sorry to hear about your son! I hope he's ok?? About caffeine, I love my coffee, but it definitely doesn't put me to sleep! Try some herbal tea next time maybe? The kind without caffeine!

I'm sorry to hear about your son I hope he is OK. As far as caffine in concerned I was told to try and stay away from it. Marcey 255/181/150

I hope your son's okay. I can imagine that had a lot to do with your insomnia as well. I was told to limit caffeine to early in the day and not have any after 4:00 pm. I hope you're getting some much needed sleep tonight. Carol
