An Anniversary!

Yesterday is my one year anniversary of my WLS consult ... and today is my one year anniversary of quitting smoking! It was my surgeon who kicked my butt during my initial consult. She said I could quit the cigs or I could go find another surgeon. I stopped the next day (ooo, boy, the first few weeks were SO not pretty!) Today I feel so blessed to be here and healthier than ever ... what an amazing gift! Thanks for letting me share! Lynnie

Huge HUGE congratulations to you! You beat an awful addiction. I have a brother and sister who are both addicted to cigarettes, it's so hard for them. You have much to feel proud about! Sheryl
