How close are YOU?
I am curious how close everyone is to their goal and what % of their excess weight they have lost.
Devide what you have lost by how much you wanted to lose.
If you wanted to lose 120LB and have lost 60 of it. 60/120= .50 or 50% of you excess weight is gone for good.
in my case I wanted to lose 212lb and have lost 108.
108/212=.509 or 51% I am over half weigh to goal. Cool!!!!
