Missed Wednesday's post, but did 25 minutes on the elliptical trainer and 15 minutes on the recumbent bike last night after work. Today am planning to do 40 minutes of cardio (probably elliptical and bike again), plus lifting weights. Thanks for keeping us accountable, Keke! Kellie
