I think it is time we showed just what part of our Total body mass we have lost. Lets play the biggest losser again. Devide how much you have lost by your starting weight and that will tell you what percentage of your total weight you have lost. For example if you started out weighing 300 and have lost 75 lb take 75/300 to make .25 or 25%. In my case it is 27.3% is that cool or what? Deb 392/285/225

Deb...hope I am doing the math right...started out at 285, lost 58 pounds so far...so divide 58/285...comes out to 20.35...could you please check this and make sure I did the right math... Dennis

383/305 = 20.3% or another way to look at it....1/5 of the old me is gone never to be seen again. Niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Hey Am I doing this right. I have lost 102 lbs. I started at 310 so I do 102/310 = 33% Is that right. Congrats to everyone for doing so great!!!

I can not tell a lie. I am not a big exerciser. I do alot of walking but that is about it. I walk about 3 miles about 3 to 4 times a week. Hugs Mary
