I'll be heading to the gym after work for 35 minutes on an elliptical trainer, plus lifting weights for upper and lower body. Should be about an hour and 15 minute workout Thanks for keeping us motivated, Keke! Kellie

Hey Girl, I just wanted to say HI! I know I don't post much anymore, but I do my exercise faithfully every day! I got my new elliptical at home about 2 weeks ago and I hop on that thing first thing in the morning every day now! I also get to the gym at least 2-3 times a week to do my weights! Hugs, Vi

Well I did my 30 minute walk at lunch today (just over a mile) then after work tonight I walked 3 miles (1hour 20 minutes) it is the first time I have been able to do 3 miles non stop. Deb 392/285/225
