Good Morning!!!!!! It's Monday
Okay my exercising may be a little on the slow side this week. I feel down the stairs at work and my knees are swollen. I tried to brace myself and I twisted my back somewhat as well. I know I'm going to really feel all of this in the morning. So exercise for me guys. I'm going to try and do water aerobics tomorrow and I hope it goes well. Have a great week.

I hope you are doing better soon!!! you know you can exercise your arms, abs and back from the chair!
I walked to work today ( just under 2 miles each way) then took another walk at lunch (about 1 mile).
I am trying to build up to 25 miles a week. if i can do that I should be able to handle the 10 k, May 13th.
