I got on the scale this am and it said i gained 3 lbs

One thing, if you have a sudden weight gain like that, it is jus****er, and will come back off when your body is ready for it to. The two things that have helped me with my plateaus are: eat 1,000 calories every day possible with almost all being protein, and the other is excercise. I up my excercise, even if it isn't something that I will maintain long term (1hr/day instead of 30min/day), it gets me going again.
Don't get to down, it will come off!
