I got on the scale this am and it said i gained 3 lbs
You and I are in the same boat. I've been hovering around the same 4-5 pound range for 2-3 weeks now. I'll go down, then up a little, then down, then up a little. My nut suggested dropping most of the carbs and fruits, then just sticking with protein and veggies for a while. She said that should get things moving again. My only exception is that I need to continue eating a high-fiber, high-protein cereal for breakfast (my system NEEDS that fiber!). Her suggestion sounds a lot like the plateau buster diet that you see on the board. Anyway, I'm hoping that it works. I was losing great up until now, but I'm definitely stalled.
Best of luck to you in getting rid of your stall!

I have been playing with the same damm pound for almost a month...it seems we are all in the same boat I am going on protein drinks for a few days and see what happens...I have been eating more then I would like...but still not that much wtf is right...I thought this would be easy and we did not have to diet ...will try the protein train for a few days and see if that helps...good luck and know you are not alone... Dennis
Went back on the protein train today....breakfast protein drink with soy milk...mid-day snack protein drink...lunch tuna with lettuce.....if this does not break the friggin stall...I will call the fat police and say I did better on Jenny Craig...I am mad...help...but we can do this...I know we can..I have been taking in more food and more carbs. I guess... Dennis

I know how you feel. I've been stuck at the same weight for about 3 weeks. I thought too, that we wouldn't have to "diet" so much and that the weight would come off easier. Since I have gone through this stahl for the past two months, I expect it to continue each month. I'm preparing myself. One thing I am trying not to do is get on the scale everyday. I am down to doing it 4 times a week. It is helping my emotions more. I try each day to consume as much protein as I can but it doesn't always work that way. I do notice it does help when I do.
Hang in there!
Hugs,
Loretta
