keke you can officially ride my ass about exercise i got he ok to walk and do certain balancing ball exercises YAYYYYYYYYYY I started the balancing ball last night and now my thighs feel like they are gonna fall off lol

Walked 21/2 miles and rode a stationery bike for 15 minutes...15 more minutes this evening...so I did a good work out today...but I am still on a friggin stall... Dennis
