I POSTED ON THE SC BOARD THAT THE LADIES AT THE VITAMIN SHOPPE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS BETTER TO TAKE IN 25-30 GRAMS OF PROTEIN AT ONE TIME THAN "MEGADOSING" ON 40 GRAMS AT ANY ONE SITTING?
THE NUTRITIONISTS AT MUSC TOLD MS BRITTY THAT 40 GRAMS AT ONE TIME SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM.
OK, FROM DOC BRYNE'S MOUTH TO YOUR EARS (THROUGH ME ) ...
... IN ALL PROBABILITY, YOUR BODY WON'T DIGEST & USE ALL THE PROTEIN YOU EAT/DRINK IF YOU "MEGADOSE" ON IT SO SOME OF THE PROTEIN IS PROBABLY WASTED. IN HIS OPINION, IT IS BETTER TO TAKE IN 20 OR SO GRAMS 3 OR 4 TIMES A DAY THAN IT IS TO TAKE IN 40 GRAMS TWICE A DAY.
HE SAYS DON'T EAT WHEN YOU AREN'T HUNGRY ... & EAT ABOUT 3 TIMES A DAY FOR BEST WEIGHT-LOSS RESULTS.
