APPOINTMENT W/ DR BYRNE - STALL & WEIGHT LOSS

DOC WAS SATISFIED WITH MY WEIGHT LOSS EVEN WITH THE LONG STALL (4 WEEKS + 5 DAYS) BUT HE SAID THAT I HAVE ONLY ABOUT 2 MORE MONTHS OF AN OPTIMAL WEIGHT-LOSS TIME FRAME AS THE 1st 6 MONTHS ARE WHEN THE BIGGEST LOSSES OCCUR, THEN IT SLOWS DOWN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, THEN AFTER THAT, WE'RE IN THE SAME MISERABLY SLOW BOAT AS THE REST OF THE "DIETING" WORLD. SO, EVEN THOUGH I'M EXHAUSTED, I'M GOING TO ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO ADD EXERCISE TO MY WLS ROUTINE ... I'M AT AROUND 800 CALORIES WHICH HE SAID WAS FINE & I'M GETTING IN MY PROTEIN AS WELL AS MOST OF MY FLUIDS (HAVE TO DO BETTER THERE) ... SO, THE ONLY MISSING COMPONENT IS EXERCISE. SOME PEOPLE HAVE SAID THAT I MAY EVEN FIND THAT I HAVE MORE ENERGY IF I EXERCISE EVEN THOUGH IT TAKES ENERGY TO EXERCISE ... NOW, THAT WOULD BE WONDERFUL. SO, I'LL LET YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WITH THAT ... EXERCISE vs ENERGY! NICK'S GONNA MOVE THE RECLINE BIKE INTO THE BEDROOM SO I DON'T HAVE TO EXERCISE IN THE COLD/HOT GARAGE. GOD BLESS DAWN & NICK
