Amazing Monday
ok guys next time i do something stupid just shoot me ok as you all know i have major back problems ( no discs from L1 down) i was feeling good this morning so i decided to d a few stretches (45 mminutes worth) on my balance ball omg am I out of shape again and hurt like hell the main thing that felt out of shape though was my legs so I am going to talk to the doc this week about getting into some type of routine work out for them
