ok guys next time i do something stupid just shoot me ok as you all know i have major back problems ( no discs from L1 down) i was feeling good this morning so i decided to d a few stretches (45 mminutes worth) on my balance ball omg am I out of shape again and hurt like hell the main thing that felt out of shape though was my legs so I am going to talk to the doc this week about getting into some type of routine work out for them Kim

Kim, You may want to check out some of the local gyms that have pools. They are great to work out in when you have joint problems. Some even have treadmills in the water. Maybe the doctor can suggest one near you. Mary L

Well I did get in a short walk during lunch today, About 1 mile. I have got to do better than that if I am going to walk a 5 k in April. I have postponed the 10 ****il i am in better shape. Deb

I have tried the water exercising and did enjoy it but here the insurance wont pay for it and its 128$ a month Kim
