Protien Train Anyone?

As most of you know I have been real bad these last few weeks. Stess has been my middle name. And when I am stessed I EAT! And not the good for you stuff. We had 5 food events at work this week and I went crazy. I have been going up and down the same 3 lb for 2 weeks. But this morning I find I have gained 3 MORE. I have resolved to get back to loseing. Too do that I am going back on the Protien train for at least a few days. I will not have much trouble today and tomorrow, but please keep me in your prayers over the next week or so. And if any of you are having simaler carb issues, Join me on the Train. WE CAN DO THIS!!! Deb 392/291-297/225

I'm with you! You're in my prayers and you pray for me as well. I'll join your protein train on Monday. I'm going to incorporate a few protein shakes as well. You're right............WE CAN DO THIS!!! We've come to far to turn back now! And I TRULY understand about the stress and eating. Keep your head up! Take care! Keke

Deb.. I know you can do it and you will...I have had to start eating more as my illness was so bad I didn't want to eat or even think about food...my friend asked me if I was annorexic...no, but for the first time in my life I see how it can happen with WLS.... I will be thinking of you.... Jenn

I'm on, I haven't lost anything since the 26th. I also ate a keebler fudge covered cookie last night. My first real odvious sugar item Luckily I mini-dumped I've also been eating carb items, rice, cereal (raisin bran mmmm), and chinese noodles with general-tso's chicken I'm going to get some of the non-flavored protien to put in my coffee, I've been having them add it at my coffee place (non-fat sugar free carmel mocha)but on the weekends I don't get there so...

KUDOS TO YOU, MS DEB, FOR RECOGNIZING THE PROBLEM & STOPPING IT! I GOT ON THE PROTEIN TRAIN TO BREAK MY "UNENDING STALL" ... REALLY HIT THE PROTEIN BARS, PUDDINGS, DRINKS & SO ON. I HAD STARTED TO SLIP ONTO THE CARBS EVER SO SLOWLY ... BUT, IT'S A SLIPPERY SLOPE. I'M BACK TO KEEPING DAILY TRACK OF PROTEINS & FLUIDS IN PARTICULAR & IT'S WORKING ...
