k my turn, heheheh...................lost 31 lbs before surgery, since surgery i lost 93, so total that would be a total of 124 lbs loss and gone forever. thnx

Hi, Thanks for doing this Dennis.........really makes me feel better about how far I've come. I'm down 75 pounds since surgery and I feel so much better and I'm off all diabetes meds and blood pressure meds!! Yea!!! Everyone is doing so great....way to go!!! Megen 389/314/180?
