Calorie Intake ?
Hi: I posted the same question last week...everyone says something different...my doctor says not to watch the calories..just eat 3 meals a day...and one protein drink...no snacking...I am trying to keep it under 1200...as I walk about 3 miles daily....it is hard...to maintain my current weight it says I can eat about 2200 calories..so anything under that I will lose...I am going to try and keep it under 1200...how about you? Breakfast...protein drink with soy milk, lunch cottage cheese with shrimp over it...snack 1 egg...scrambled with veggie...dinner? Dennis

For me my typical day is breakfast 1 scrambled egg topped with a slice of cheese, lunch 2 slices of turkey meat rolled with a slice of cheese, snack cottage cheese with a lil fruit, dinner chicken breast with veggies, then i have half a protein bar when i start my day then the other half when my day ends. I cant stand any protein drinks or shakes. my total calories a day is 800-1000. I just get reallly paranoid when it comes to putting things in my mouth now.
I try to atleast do any type of work out 3x a week thats the least, sometimes more during the week. Each time is 30min to an hour.
