To stop obsessing over the scale! I say we all choose one day a week to step on that evil machine and leave it that. No more weighing in 1 or more times a day. There are many other ways to measure our success. I know a lot of us have been obsessing and I think it's time to stop.

I liked Erin's idea for a Monday weigh in. I definitely need to stick with this and stop jumping on the scale every day.

I so agree with you. That's what I've been doing from the beginning. I weigh every Sunday morning and resist the urge to get on the scale at any other time except when I go to see my doctors. We have a scale at the fitness center where I work and as much as I want to get on it when I go there to exercise, I don't. I feel like it will really discourage me if I don't lose with I think I should. Not worth it.
