What are we eating?
Folks...come on post what we are eating for the day...so far... Breakfast, protein drink with non fat milk...a few slices of banana...lunch 1 egg scramble with veggie...1 slice of cheese, and some cottage cheese mixed in...1/2 slice of toast....snack...ham and cheese with spicey mustard roll up...dinner will be lamb with veggie in a stew....not sure if I can get the meat in..but will try for the veggie..and broth...going back to only having a sugar free desert for treat...at night... so far about 600 calories.......break this friggin stall... Breakfast was a protien smoothie 23g pro
Fruit nector (26g protien)drink
lunch about 1/5 of a small gyro supreme
vanilla nector protien drink 26 g protin.
refied beans 3/4 c and a slice of cheese
strawberry banna smoothie 23 g protien.
Lots of protien, lots of liquids, vitemins and I walked 45 minutes so I hope this ends soon for both of us.
