Take it a notch higher Tuesday exercise!!
This morning I did 2 laps at Curves (instead of 3). Got weighed and measured for the new "biggest loser" contest. It's been 3 weeks since my last weigh in. I've lost 10 lbs but only 1.5 inches. Then I did 45 minutes water aerobics, biked 5 miles, walked 1 mile, and did a full circuit with the nautilus machines. In total about 3 hrs today. Today was my first day back in the pool after I got that rash, and I got the same thing again today. Just figures. I LOVE this new water aerobics class. It's really hard, but fun. At least I finally found a medicine that works on the rash.
