I am with you!! I did fitday for several weeks then got lazy and stopped. but lately my eatting have got BAD!!!! I keep better control if I am accountable. It looks like I am on another stall as well I went down to 291 then my trip back from FL I gained 3 lb. I have been at 294 for 4 days now. I am getting more protien, water and vitamins in than I need. so it has to be the exercise. All I have done lately is tilled a large garden (sat) then put in raised beds and trellises (sunday). I am sore from the work. but I have not exercised since before my vacation. Deb 392/291-294/225

count me in....I'm in the same boat with the stall, although because I've started working out, I know I'm converting fat into muscle so I am not too concerned. But you are right...dedication to accountability is key. Mike

Dennis~ I track on fitday every couple of weeks to see where I am protein wise and calories wise. I can see the ppounds falling off of me practically, so I must be doing something right! Hope it helps you. Jenn 265/188.6/145

Hi Dennis, I'm sorry you're stalling again. Ever since the doctor told me I wasn't getting enough calories in, I've been tracking my food intake on Fitday. It's a great tool that is helping me stay on track and to make sure that I get my calories (protein calories) in every day. Some days I'm dismayed to find out that even though I feel like I've done well--that I've only done a mediocre job of sustaining myself. If I don't get enough that day at the end of my charting day, then I drink a tube of Profect and I've usually got my protein in. It doesn't add much in the way of calories, though. Cheryl
