eating bad

You are not alone..... last night hubby ordered pizza and breadsticks. I thought "That sounds so good- I can eat that" BIG MISTAKE- it tasted great, but 20 minutes later, it all came back up. I decided it is not worth feeling like crap just to feed my cravings.
One of my problems is that I don't really get dumping syndrome from breads or sweets, so I am really tempted to eat that stuff sometimes- I just pray that doesn't get me into trouble. If my sweet tooth is acting up, I try my hardest to find SOMETHING that is sugar-free that will satisfy me!
On the brighter side, for lunch I was craving a club sandwich, so I made myself one using whole wheat pita, turkey, roast beef, cheese, light mayo and turkey bacon. It was SO good, and I was able to get plenty of protein in without feeling guilty about what I was eating!
