Celia (CL) is Baaaackk...!!!!!
Hey Celia,
I'm glad you're back and sorry to hear that you've been down. Y'know, when you're down is when you need your friends the most. I know it is natural to withdraw when you're depressed, but I'd hate to see you go through this rough patch alone. We all go to that sad place every once in a while. Don't worry about your influence on us -- just maybe we'll have an influence on that depression demon.
Cheryl
Gosh! I did not realize so many of us are having depression problems. I am too. I think part of my problem is that I cannot understand why I am depressed. Things are going great in my life. My job is OK, I am loosing weight, have more energy, Why am I depressed?
I think we all need to stand together for support and try to ward off the depression with positives. Like exercise or new clothes
I have also been losing my hair. But for me that is not a big issue. My dad is bald and my mother very thin on top. So I have been expecting the hair loss. I am even thinking about what kind of wig I want if it gets to bad. What do you think Dolly Parten or Shar? Not that I would have the nerve to got to those extremes. I am an accountant after all.
Try not to worry about your hair. It will grow back. Consintrate on the things you can control. Protien, Vit's, Water, Eversice, and do something just for you. Go out and get an new hair style or have a pedicure. Have fun!
We are soooooo GLAD you are back with us. We missed you,
Deb
And another thing missy, you started out with a lower BMI than most and are almost at a normal BMI now, PLUS you only have about 35 lbs left to goal right?? That's an amazing accomplishment in 4 months! I would say that percentage-wise you are doing as well as if not BETTER than most!!
CHIN UP! Be proud!
Hugs,
Vi
