Biotin

I went to walmart today and bought some Biotin, praying it helps...but this is 1500mcg so is taking 3 pills a day excessive? Maybe I should only take 2...? Does anyone know what the daily recommended allowence for Biotin is? Well anyways it was 5.00 for a bottle with 250 tablets in it I believe...great deal... Elizabeth 267~200~140

My bottle says 1 pill daily and it's 800 mg. Of course my hair is FALLING OUT by the handful, so maybe I need more. Sheryl "baldy" G. 292/212/160

Elizabeth, I've started taking Biotin and Zinc for my hair loss. My bottle is 300 mcg which it states is 100% of the recommended daily allowance. The Zinc is 50 mg which they claim is 333% of the daily recommended value. They were both recommended by my nutritionalist. Mary L 306-202-130

I take the 5000 mg. I was told you should do 10000 a day but hey I'm not sure. Keke
