Fifth Month...October people...what is our goal?

My goal is to lose 15 pounds by April 12. That would put me at 210. I'm going on a cruise May 14th and I have been trying so hard to get under 200 lbs by then. Weight loss has been slow for me. I have to make sure I get tha****er in and this month I'm going to concentrate on eating dense protein. Right now most of my protein comes in the form of soups or chilli. I'm going to try for meat, veggies and fruit. I know I won't be able to eat much of that and I'll drink two protien drinks a day. I hope that will speed up my weight loss. Hello everyone, my goal is to lose a WHOPPING 20lbs. and yes it is realistic. (especially since i'm so far behind) That will finally bring me to a nice -85lbs. I won't be disappointed if I make it to 15 but 20 is the goal. I know I need to drink drink drink my water and boost the protein even more . Anyone know what a good exercise program is? Tae bo boot camp is working for me. It's real work but finally something is helping. Good luck everyone........................................Shana
As of my 4 month anniversary on the 26th I'm down exactly 75lbs which is half of my goal weight 300-225-150. Sooo I'm thinking 20lbs in the next month. It's a streach as I'm only losing about 3.5 lbs a week but upping my protien with the new liquid stuff the coffee house puts in my coffee should help.
