Fifth Month...October people...what is our goal?
This month I'm going to change my goal up a little. Each day I'm going to get in all of my supplements. I'm going to package them up in a bag each day and take them. I'm tired of feeling tired and when I get my vitamins & everything down, I feel better. The weight is coming of, and I'm not doing anything to slow it down. I've been good about getting to the gym and exercising. I'm just going to keep doing what I've been doing & add those VITAMINS.

Congrats on surpassing your goal Dennis! I had the stall from hell this month, so I sure didn't make my goal! I lost & gained the same 4 pounds all month long & think I am finishing up losing only about 2 pounds for the month. I lost 8.5" though & I know that is important!
My goal for next month is to get in more exercise!!!!!!! I would like to be down to 180 which would be about an 8.5 pound loss. I want to make sure I get in all my vitamins, protein & enough calories, because I think that has been a lot of my problem too!
