This month I'm going to change my goal up a little. Each day I'm going to get in all of my supplements. I'm going to package them up in a bag each day and take them. I'm tired of feeling tired and when I get my vitamins & everything down, I feel better. The weight is coming of, and I'm not doing anything to slow it down. I've been good about getting to the gym and exercising. I'm just going to keep doing what I've been doing & add those VITAMINS. -Dawn M. 161/145/180 !!!!!/125

I am 4 months out today and missed my 4 month goal by 2 oz lol But hey I am happy with that. My goal for next month is 13 pounds. thanks for doing this , Jennifer 357/283.2/175ish

AFter my 3 week stall, I had hoped to lose 8 lbs in Feb and lost 20! So I'll be brave this time and hope to lose 10 so I can get below 250! Vi

Congrats on surpassing your goal Dennis! I had the stall from hell this month, so I sure didn't make my goal! I lost & gained the same 4 pounds all month long & think I am finishing up losing only about 2 pounds for the month. I lost 8.5" though & I know that is important! My goal for next month is to get in more exercise!!!!!!! I would like to be down to 180 which would be about an 8.5 pound loss. I want to make sure I get in all my vitamins, protein & enough calories, because I think that has been a lot of my problem too! Good luck everyone! We are ALL doing fantastic! I want to be at the century mark. I am down 82 lbs as of 2/24 so I think this is very doable......I cant wait. I was so excited to be under 300 now I am looking forward to losing 100 lbs.

Hi Dennis My goal is to get to the gym this month, drink more water and get to 195 lbs. That is 7 lbs to lose this month. Hopefully it happens. Erin 292/202/140

My goal is to drink more and get more protein in. I need to cut back on the carbs (I think I've been taking in too many). I want to be 280 by my 33rd birthday (March 25). This month was a rough month for me. I hit a stall and stall I did. Continue to keep us motivated Dennis! Keke
