Fifth Month...October people...what is our goal?
Hello October people...check in time...what is our goal for our 5th. month. I am going to say between 8/10 pounds giving me a margin for a error ......can I do it, hope I can...we can..Ok..post what you want for the 5th. month goal. I surpassed my 4th. month goal by 1.8oz....hope I can do the same thing this month. for us...we can do this, yes we can. Protein, protein...water and excercise...no munchies... Dennis

My goal is to reach the century mark. I've lost a total of 93 pounds so far, so it is a very doable goal. I'm with you on the protein, water and exercise too.

I lost 15.4 last month. My goal for this month is to get to 178, which is 13.4 pounds. I am already -.8 for the month. I think I can accomplish this goal.
Here are my monthly losses in case anyone is interested.
Month 1: -27
Month 2: -13.8
Month 3: -17.2
Month 4: -15.4
Total loss: ( as of this morning) 74.4

Besides onederland, my next "big goal" is 192, or 100 lbs lost by 4/21/05, my 6 month appt. I'm 212 now, so to reach it I need to lose 20 lbs in just under 2 months. So I guess my goal for this month should be 10-12 lbs. It would also be nice to lose some more inches, especially from my top half.
Also, I need to DRINK DRINK DRINK. I'm not getting enough water.

I am still working to get under 200, it is so slow right now. I would like my five month goal to be 190. That is only 12 lbs, but as slow as it has been going this past month I will be happy with this goal.
Good luck to everyone else in reaching their goal. I have to bump up the exercise, but the Doctor put me on hold for one week. I fell and He though I may have broken a rib, but it is just a deep bruise. Said even the bruise will take time to heal and not to work out for a week.
Never though I would be bumbed out not being able to exercise.

I would like to make 275 by April 17th. That is 16 lb. To do that I need to lose 8-10 lb each month. So I will shoot for 382.
But I really need to get back to exerciseing. I have a 10 k ( about 6 miles) I want to be up to by the end of April and right now I would barely be able to finish a 5 K (about 3 miles) if that. I have been slacking. I did not do any formal exercise this last week. I was on vacation in more ways than one.

My goal is to be in onderland by the end of March that is 14 pounds and very doable. Things are changing so fast. We just bought a camper today and we will camp the first week in April over spring break. I can't wait. The bike won't be grunting this year. I don't even need the extra heavy duty camping chairs. I feel so good. I pinch myself to see if it really is happening. I use to lay in bed and pray. Please god I know you do miracles just let me wake up and be thin. These 4 months have flown by and that is how I feel. It truly is a miracle I believe.
