I got on the scale this morning only to see I have gained 3 lbs. I have been eating the way I am supose to and exercising so once again I kicked the scale into the closet as I cussed and swore. keep in mind I have to pay each kid a dollar for every swear word they hear and theres 3 kids. I think i owe them each like $15.00 GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR This means I prolly wont meet my goal this month and that really ******me off because I really want to be under 200. 276/210/135 Kim

Kim...calm the calm down...don't forget our bodies go up and down 5 pounds...and that is water weight...throw the scale in the garbage if it upsets you that much...you will do fine...if you don't meet the goal this month...next month you will play catch up...I am sitting at 228/229 also for the last 10 days and say what the heck...but the inches are coming off...and it is a way for our bodies to play catch up....it took us a long time to reach our top weight...it does not come off overnight...we are just barely going into the 5th. month...do what you are supposed to do and it will come off I promise... Kim, I feel your frustration, but I try not to get too upset unless the scale goes up and stays up. I have had it go up 2 or 3 lbs and the next day it is right back or down another 1lb. Dennis is right, try doing your measurements, alot of time our bodies are just readjusting to the weight we have already lost. Just like walking into walls or loosing your balance. I thought I was going nuts but this is also normal as our bodies re-adjust to the smaller person we are becoming. We are so use to carring all that weight that our bodies sometimes has trouble adjusting to walking without it so we can walk into walls very easy. Keep the faith, and keep on doing what you are suppose to and it will come off. Mary L 306-202-130
