Okay, I really need some help! I have been on a plateau for a while now. It is sooooo frustrating. I have begun drinking the gnc meal replacements for my breakfast. I don't know if it's the carbs or what. I just don't know what to do! Does anyone have any advice? I am down to 220 from 326 on the day of surgery, so I know that I have lost a lot. Any advice that you could give me would be much appreciated!! Way to go to all of you! -Miranda

Miranda, 106 pounds in 4 months is PHENOMINAL! You must give your body time to catch up. All most everyone had a month of stall. And then Boom there goes the scale. Push the protein and the water and I promise the weight will drop again.

Hi Miranda, Just wondering what "awhile" is? I stalled for 2 weeks at the beginning of this month & then last week I lost 4 lbs. I know that several of us have pretty long stalls & then lose a whole bunch of weight. Sometimes our bodies just need some time to settle into our new smaller sizes. My personal advice, just keep following what our Dr's & nutrionists have said. They certainly haven't steered you wrong. 106 lbs. is so incredibly awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Dawn M.

As long as you are following the Dr's orders, exercising and eating right then don't worry. You have amazing results so far. I agree with the other posts - don't worry.
