Hi remember what we posted for our Month of Feb...Goals...
have been reading the posts...remember what we posted for our Feb. goals...I am 2 pounds over the goal I set...don't go by the scale...don't forget this takes time...we are only barely 4 months down...so give it time...I have not heard of anyone who quits losing after 4 months...it is just our bodies saying ok...lets take it easy for a while...I am 57 pounds down and feel so much better...they say the operation is a success if you lose 50% of the weight you want to lose and keep it off...so , we can do this gang... yes we can...Dennis
I'm 10 lbs over the goal I gave myself (8 lbs) and I don't know how it happened, but I am SO happy.
I think our bodies just have a mind of their own and we have to be patient. I was so slow in the beginning and for the past few weeks it really picked up. I think everyone loses at different speeds during different times but in the end we'll all get to the same place.
I agree with you!
I totally agree Dennis. I have been lossing just what the surgeon said, sometimes a bit more, some times a bit less. But I have continuously lost over a months time. Now if I could just remember to take all my supplements.
Also, a little as of today I have lost a total of 80 lbs. since I started my pre-surgery diet. One more lb. and I get to start planning a vacation for my dh & I. I better start preparing the Grandma's to take care of my boys.

No complaints from me! I wanted to lose 14 pounds and get to 192.8 by 2/24. Yesterday I hit 192.8, 4 days early! Today I saw 191.6, woooo hooooo. That puts me 1.2 pounds closer to next months goal of -14 (178.8)!
I have lost 73.4 pounds 2 days shy of my 4 month surgiversary!
I am shooting for -100 by my 6 month surgiversary! Just 26.6 pounds to go! I lost 19.9 pounds since starting Carb Addicts 33 days ago, so I feel great about making that goal, though I am going to Disney for a week, so maybe not! If I don't make it to -100, I know that i eventually will!

I probably shouldn't chime in because I really don't use the scales for anything but to make sure that I am not really gaining - like > 5#'s or so. I measure how I feel and how my clothes fit. I can now fit into an xlarge sweatshirt!! It has been a very long time since that has happened. I also just finished working a 14 hour day not the healthiest thing but again I feel ok with it!! Ann
