Wednesday-Friday Exercise Challenge
Good morning my October friends! We need to move those bodies. I will be in Hilton Head, SC for the next few days and I'm not sure if I'll be near a computer. I wanted to make sure you guys were still motivated. I will be checking up on you when I return so don't slack! Make sure you post your results as usual. I hope to walk on the beach tomorrow and Friday. Nothing today because I'll be riding in car this afternoon for about 6 hours. Have a great rest of the week.

PS I did a yoga class yesterday at the gym. It was interesting but I liked it. I love the stretches!!!
Have a good trip to SC I am so jealous..I would give my right arm to go and walk on a beach!! I too will be gone the next few days to go and see my mom (recently diagnosed with heart disease and kidney disease )
So far I've only gotten in a 20 min on the bike...Midnight shift is just kicking my butt but I refuse to give in to the tiredness and still manage to get something going as far as a workout
Wish me luck..I see my doc tomorrow..I think I've plateaued this month but I'm trying hard not to get too discouraged.

i have been terribly ill this past week...so after 3 days of laying in bed and in between docs I finally felt today I could go back to the gym...I took it slow and walked 37 minutes..I will try for more tomorrow depending on how I feel in the morning...
I have turned my entire church onto exercise...like 10-12 people have joined the YMCA....I keep telling everyone I know how it is changing my life....

Oh what I would give to be on the beach walking . I'm from Michigan there calling for 3 to 8 inches of snow tonight !
But today wail the Sun was out I walked 2 1/2 miles outside
and did a exercise tape on Wednesday nothing On Monday & Tuesday I had my back but back in place so I'm up & going again .
