Breakfast: 1 cup Kashi Go Lean, 1 cup 1% milk
Lunch: whole wheat tortilla, 1 tsp. lite mayo, 2 oz. deli turkey, 3/4 oz. low-fat swiss cheese
Snack: 4 oz. Dannon Light n' Fit yogurt
Dinner: about 2 1/2 oz. hamburger w/ mushrooms and 3/4 oz. swiss (no bun), 1/2 tbsp. lite mayo, 1 tbsp, ketchup, ~1/4 cup cole slaw
Liquids: about 5 cups so far, still working on another 2-3 cups
Protein: about 65-70 grams
Vits: Centrum multi, zinc x2, biotin x2, Vit. C, sublingual B-12, Citracal
