Terrific Tuesday for Exercise
Good morning! I know many of you get tired of my posts but my feelings can take it! It's Tuesday and we need to move it, move it! I'm going to do water aerobics this evening, the treadmill or bicycle, and I'm going to lift. I challenge you to join me and then post your results! As always, have great day!

2 minutes is a good start..don't let it discourage you! I used to only last a few minutes also. I am now able to go for about 45 minutes now. This is what I did..I would do 2 minutes one week and then just gradually build up the minutes week by week. I also do a cross train on it too..where you go forwards for a few minutes and then backwards. I swear by this machine...it burns lots of calories and it makes me sweat (something I hardly do anymore)
