Is it just me.....
I was told that too about bringing the food down too fast which can cause you to eat more, Also they say your food should have enough liquid in it which gets absorbed and if you need to drink then you're body's had enough food. when i think of it that way it helps me to stay away from liquids. Hope this helps...

It's good to know that someone else is experiencing the same thing. I've been having that problem as well lately. I don't drink alot but I take a few sips. I'm trying not to do it but it's hard. I was told eating and drinking stretches the pouch so I don't know. I guess the complete truth shall emerge eventually.

I was also told that the fluid will fill the pouch before we get enough solid food in. I do sip a little water before & toward the end of my meal. It is hard sometimes but I try to convience myself that leaving the the food flavor in my mouth longer is just like eating a bigger portion.
I crave Coke after a meal and wish my husband would just drink water with me around.
