Hey Ya'll

I think this is the first time i've posted to this board, so Greetings from Texas! Had my surgery on 4 October 2005 with Dr Faulkenberry in Austin. Was doing great (down from 260 to 171) but then caught stomach flu. Twice. In the same freakin' month. Ug. Have barely been able to keep my viatmins down, back on liquid diet for almost a month now ****il tonight), and skating so far under the protein line it's a miracle I have the energy to get up in the morning. Top it all off with my period trying to come on. So, the end result is I think I'm back up around 176, praying it's water weight from all the bloating and various gastro-intestinal issues....... I knew it would be hard, getting sick after surgery, but this is ridiculous! What I find weird though is this: I miss working out. I miss getting up and moving (without cramps creaming through my guts) and playing with my kid and my dog. How cool is that? Anyway, sorry for whining my first time on. Hi my fellow Texan! I'm about 3 weeks behind you, but you are way ahead of me! I started at 260, but I am at 190. I have been there for almost a month though! I am upping my protein, calories and water trying to break this dreaded stall!! Sorry you've been puny lately. You're doing great! We need to see some new pix of you girl!
