I'M EXHAUSTED, & I'M IN THE DEATH-GRIP OF A NON-ENDING STALL.

DO YOU THINK CHANGING FROM FLINTSTONES COMPLETE (3 TIMES A DAY) TO THE CHELATED VITAMINS AS ADVERTISED ON www.bariatriceating.com WOULD HELP WITH THE EXHAUSTION? IS ANYONE USING CHELATED VITAMINS/MINERALS, & IF SO, DID YOU NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCE FROM OTHER VITAMINS? THEY'RE EXPENSIVE & I DON'T WANT TO WASTE MONEY IF THERE ISN'T ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE EFFECT.
AS FOR THE STALL ... I LOST THE 1st 50 #s IN ONLY 69 DAYS & HAVE BEEN LINGERING OVER A 7-8 # LOSS FOR THE LAST 43 DAYS WITH BASICALLY NO LOSS IN THE LAST 4 WEEKS.
WEEK 12 - 4.60 = = 223.80 DOWN FROM 279.80
THIS IS WHERE THE STALL BEGAN ... LOST GOOD AMOUNTS ALL THE PREVIOUS WEEKS ...
WEEK 13 - .60 = 223.20
WEEK 14 - NO LOSS
WEEK 15 - GAINED .80
WEEK 16 - LOST THE .80 I GAINED THE WEEK BEFORE = 223.20 = BASICALLY THE SAME WEIGHT FOR 4 WEEKS
FLUIDS: 40 - 64 OZ A DAY
PROTEIN: 60 - 100 GRAMS A DAY, MOSTLY FROM PROTEIN PRODUCTS &
SEAFOOD
CALORIES : 500 - 800 A DAY
SUPPLEMENTS: DAILY, RELIGIOUSLY
EXERCISE: NO, SO EXHAUSTED, I DON'T WANT TO LOOK AT A PIECE OF EXERCISE EQUIPMENT, BUT KNOW I NEED TO!!!

Hello there Miss Dawn,
I'm sorry you are so tired and in such a long stall. I absolutley hated that when it happened to me. The thing that worked for me was exercise. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week and do 45 minutes of cardio. I swear by that. It broke my stall and since I've been doing it I've had a good weight loss every week. My energy has also increased. I feel great now and look forward to exercising. When I don't make it to the gym I don't feel right. As a matter of fact, my husband and I are going to Boston for the weekend and I packed my gym bag. The hotel has a gym and that's where I'll be in the morning. I know it's hard to get started but once you do it won't take long to see results. Please give it a try it worked wonders for me. I've lost 18lbs in five weeks. That may not be as fast as some people lose but I was really a slow loser with long stalls until I started going to the gym. My Doctor insisted on excercise and I'm glad she did!!

Yes ma'am, ms deb ... I am getting the sublingual b-12 daily, but you May have a point with the calories. Someone else just mentioned that we should be at 800 - 1,000 calories a day by now & I'm only between 500 - 800. Need to eat another protein product a day, I think.
Thank you ... I will gladly accept all the prayers you have. I was doing a lot of that last night, I was pretty dejected. But, I'm getting good info here & on the sc board, so I have some things I can focus on to try & break this now.
Exercise ... More protein ... More calories

Hi Dawn I hate that you are so frustrated and I don't blame you. I do Curves and love it. I couldn't do the gym thing because I haven't done anything in years and Curves was a way for me to start out slow. Maybe this will get boring, I don't know but I love it. My calorie count is between 500-800 too. I just stay so busy and I forget to eat. I eat a lot of yogurt and cottage cheese and string cheese through out the day. I drink a protein shake with unjury everymorning. I hope the stall ends. I take a multi vitamin 2 times a day. Actually I have been taking prenatal ones but I was told they are ok.

A WLS FRIEND OF MINE WALKED MY LEGS OFF TODAY ... SHE'S REALLY TALL & I'M SHORT & SQUATTY ... SHE'S LOST 95 #s SO HAS ENERGY GALORE & HERE I AM "RUNNING & HUFFIN' & PUFFIN' " TRYING TO KEEP UP WITH HER ... LOOKED LIKE MUTT & JEFF IF YOU REMEMBER THAT.
I KNOW ABOUT "FORGETTING" TO EAT! BUT, I'M R-E-A-L-L-Y DETERMINED & AM INCREASING MY CALORIES, PROTEINS (I ORDERED 3 FLAVORED DRINK MIXES & ALL WHEY NON-FLAVORED ... &, TOMORROW, I'M GOING TO THE VITAMIN SHOPPE & GETTING SOME PROTEIN BARS) ... & INCREASING MY FLUIDS ... EXERCISING & HAVE CHANGED MY VITAMINS TO THOSE SPECIALLY FORMULATED FOR GASTRIC BYPASS PATIENTS.
SO, WATCH OUT, THIS STALL IS GONNA BREAK ONE WAY OR THE OTHER!
I'VE HEARD OTHERS SAY THEY TOOK PRENATALS ... THEY ARE VERY STRONG SO IT SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT IDEA.
