Breakfast slimfast protein bar Lunch 5 bites of meatloaf with gravy and some mashed tators Dinner 1/4 of a COBB SALAD (see that Den?) Snack: carnation instant breakfast drink sugar free vitamins of course protein 50+ water...55 ounces and still more to go

yummy Cobb salad...good for you just eat the good stuff...have you broken your stall yet...Tonight for dinner is steak, and egg over easy on top of it and a few bites of fried potatoes...protein, protein is my name... Dennis

My 4th month anniversary is monday..thats when I weigh in. IF this stall isnt over I just might dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Deb...you will be fine...losing inches if not weight...just hang in there...I had about three weeks where only lost about 2 pounds...then boom...weight came off like gang busters...so ride this stall out and don't give in to it...protein, protein and more protien...you will be great... Dennis

Let's see.........I don't think I did very well with protein today. I might have to have a shake later. B-protien bar L-half of a cheese sandwich with mustard S- three strawberries dipped in a little chocolate ummm.......... D-tomato soup and a glass of vanilla soy milk. I'm pretty hungry right now and that tells me I didn't have enough protien today. I'm at work right now and there is nothing good I can eat here. I'll have to wait til 10:00.

TERRIBLE DAY FRUIT NECTOR PROTIEN DRINK X2 lUNCH a little chinese food. I have every 20-30 minutes since and my stomach is still up set. That is it for today, unless this settles down.
