What ya'll eat today
Let's see.........I don't think I did very well with protein today. I might have to have a shake later.
B-protien bar
L-half of a cheese sandwich with mustard
S- three strawberries dipped in a little chocolate ummm..........
D-tomato soup and a glass of vanilla soy milk.
I'm pretty hungry right now and that tells me I didn't have enough protien today. I'm at work right now and there is nothing good I can eat here. I'll have to wait til 10:00.
