Exercise anyone???
No lonliness allowed KeKe! I work out at least twice a week. Tonight is my night to work out. My trainer started me doing sumo squats..omg the pain!! We are doing circuit training to get the heart rate up and hopefully that darn scale will move.
Having a trainer is expensive but worth it. I tried to get out of it tuesday night and called him with some lame excuse and he said DEB, rethink...wheres your commitment. I went and felt much better.
keke.........i got on here yesterday and saw your post it was about 10:30 my time..........i was like here i set at the computer on a pretty day...it was 60 here, so after i was reading your post about movin i jumped up and put on my tennis shoes and walked to the park....ITS A MILE AWAY..i called my mother in law and said if i don't make it come and get me...........I MADE IT IN 30 MIN.....plus me and hubby had sex 2 times yesterday.....we have'nt did that since our 20's................so you keep a posting if i don't respond i will try to get to it.......i love the post........thanks vickie r.
