No lonliness allowed KeKe! I work out at least twice a week. Tonight is my night to work out. My trainer started me doing sumo squats..omg the pain!! We are doing circuit training to get the heart rate up and hopefully that darn scale will move. Having a trainer is expensive but worth it. I tried to get out of it tuesday night and called him with some lame excuse and he said DEB, rethink...wheres your commitment. I went and felt much better.

Hey Keke, I was slacking off with hurting my back. But I'm going swimming again this morning. I'm staying off the exercise machines this week and trying to let my back heal up some. But swimming makes it feel better. -Dawn

keke.........i got on here yesterday and saw your post it was about 10:30 my time..........i was like here i set at the computer on a pretty day...it was 60 here, so after i was reading your post about movin i jumped up and put on my tennis shoes and walked to the park....ITS A MILE AWAY..i called my mother in law and said if i don't make it come and get me...........I MADE IT IN 30 MIN.....plus me and hubby had sex 2 times yesterday.....we have'nt did that since our 20's................so you keep a posting if i don't respond i will try to get to it.......i love the post........thanks vickie r.

Keke~ I just started exercising 2 days ago. Tuesday I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and yesterday I did 30 minutes. Today I am sore so no exercise. Weirdly I gained weight yesterday AND today! What is up with that. Jenn 264.8/195.6/145

Possibly a little fluid retention, ms jenn ... When you stress or injure your muscles, your body wraps them in fluids to protect them. That should be temporary & come off in no time.

I've been good this week. I've worked out every single day and I think I broke my 3 week plateau!! FINALLY!!! I even shoveled snow this morning and didn't even break a sweat

I've been working out everyday too, just haven't felt up to posting. I'm not going in the pool because I'm afraid to get another rash, but I'm doing the Curves thing everyday, plus abdominal exercises, and my new personal trainer ps2 game. Sheryl 292/216/160
