just thought id check in and see how you guys are doing and say hi. Im doin better with carbs but am stuck horizontal do to some back issues. On monday they did 8 bilateral facet injections that did not work and I am having complications from them so no working out for me. valentines day went ok other than vince giving me chocolate Ill just take it to work lol hope everyone else is going ok 276/210.5/135 Kim
