What's on the menue today!
Good Morning everyone!!! I find that if I write down what I plan to eat everyday I usually can commit to it. How about you? What are you going to eat today?
B- cheese omlete with one egg and one piece of cheese and one piece of bacon a cup of coffee with half and half
S-cheese stick
L-tuna salad with some sliced tomatoe
D-Home made chicken soup with noodles
S-Yogurt
I will get tha****er in today
and I already took my vitimens.
I went to the gym at 6:30 am so that's out of the way.
